- Your Responsibilities
Be the technical sales representative for new prospects
Provide technical training to our channel and customers
Assist sales team in early sales phase with relevant product demos
Evaluate customer requirements
Guide and support proof of concept phase of sales process
Own sales opportunities together with sales representative
- Our Requirements
University degree in IT (or another relevant field of study) or a completed vocational training as IT specialist etc.
previous experience in technical pre-sales role is essential
Strong technical background
Professional experience in cybersecurity
Troubleshooting and working experience with Linux operating systems
Knowledge of networking infrastructure and protocols
Scripting ability would be an advantage
Ability to communicate complex technical matters to non technical clients
Willingness to work with colleagues and customers across time zones
Really good writing and speaking skills in German and English
Some international travel required, on average 4 weeks out of the year
